We all want to be happy. The right to seek happiness is guaranteed, even in the U.S. Declaration of Independence and the constitutions of some other countries.

Unfortunately, no one has said exactly the steps we must take if we want to be happy.

The problem for many of us, is that even when it’s happiness is always temporary. No matter how we feel happy for a while ‘time, the feeling of happiness finally goes, and sometimes we do not know what to do to retrieve it.
